H1B，现在公司A，拿到公司B口头offer。如果决定跳，需要给A两周提前通知。

听说可以在B公司拿到transfer的收条后就加入B？但如果transfer被拒怎么办？

稳妥点，等H1B transfer批下来再跳？但听说现在要处理两个月。加急不知B是否同意。

另外如果现在通知A，准备两周后开始在B工作，A一怒之下马上要求走人，中间出现两周空档怎么办？
