多谢您详细解答。我对于off site的定义有些疑惑，很多大公司，包括我的雇主，都在全国有很多branch,  难道不在总部上班，在别的branch office都算off iste么？

-Branch address can be counted as one of the company addresses, which is definitely different from your case. Read the artilce in the link I cited above.

-Put your home address in this part (Part 5) that you will actually work at this location. Put the company actual address in Part 1. Don't be confused!

此处并没有用off site， 看起来是区别对待啊
