I heard once EAD is used the H1B will be invalidated right away. So How to justify that use EAD and then go china to get H1B visa?

-Just show your EAD to the HR if your H1 approval has no I-94 and not need to justify it. If you wan to go to China to get the H1 visa some day later, just ask HR to give you the approval notice and an employment letter to apply for the visa.

Can you explain it in more detail?
