我的485pending, H1B在12月31日过期，EAD已批准。现在要从新申请H1B，HR的人说要
LCA（7天），最早H1B能在1月3日寄出，这样新的H1B需要回国签。
不知用EAD的风险，特来请教是用EAD还是准备回国签证？谢谢。。

-Just do the H1 extension and if the H1 approval notice has no I-94 due to the delay filing, you just use the EAD and then, go to China to get the H1 visa in the future any time at your convenience.
