昨天问了H1B的问题，是从公司H1到学校H1,再到公司H1.这中间有gap.如果现在有公司的offer并帮我申请H1，那我所省的H1的时间是多少呢？比如说第一个公司H1工作1年2个月，学校H1工作2年2个月，这中间的gap是10个月。我所省的有效的H1是：

6年 - 1年2个月 - 2年2个月 = 2年8个月

还是：

6年 - 1年2个月 - 10个月gap - 2年2个月 = 1年10个月

新公司申请H1，是收到receipt就可以上班，
