我140是今年5月收到approval notice的，现在正在和一家公司在interview。我有两个问题想问问大家
1. 目前是H1B第6年了，如果现在换的话是可以直接申请Extention吗？
-Yes, you can use this I-140 approval notice to transfer/extend your H1 for another 3 years. But you had better use premium processing to get the H1 approved in 15 days in case your current employer withdraws the I-140 (if they are not happy) during your H1 transfer is pending.
2. 如果新公司不可以直接办绿卡（6个月waiting period)，我可以跳吗？
-Yes, but if your old employer (I-140 sponsor) withdaw your approved I-140, you can not use it to do the H1 transfer/extend your H1.
