多谢老师解惑。哪如果我在境内把H1B转成F1的话可不可以呢？

-Yes, you can do that. Just get the I-20 and then, file I-539. Talk to the school international student office and they will help you.

我还需要出境去做F1的签证吗？

-Not need.

实在不想放弃这个最后的读书甚至转行的机会。我还DIY了加拿大的移民不知道这个是否能有什么帮助？
