我换工作，现有2个offer，第一个offer已经给我了，第二个offer正在等待中，口头答
应给我了，但是因为对方的原因可能需要等待2周左右，当然，没拿到手肯定不能100%
保证就一定成。从我本身来说，我想去第二个offer的地方。但是第一个offer的单位已
经要求给我办理H1B的transfer了。

现在我的问题是：如果第一个offer的单位在给我办理H1B transfer的过程中，第二个
offer拿到了，而且我也打算去，那么，我是否可以拒绝第一个单位？此时我的H1B应该
正在USCIS的transfer过程中，会不会出现麻烦？如果有问题，我应该怎么操作才能避
免？

-Techinically, the two H1 transfer petitions are irrelevant each other, but you had better make your mind to select one employer and ask another not waste their money to file the H1 petition if you do not plan to work for him because the H1 petition cost is very high (including the lawyer fee).
