H1B Cap!!!what am i going to

submitted papers before 10.1 and returned this week for reaching the cap. OPT expires by Feb 1. Even my boss supports me strongly. I can't get over the period from 2.1-4.1. Someone said kinds of CPT is the only way. anyone knows about that? Or you have any idea. Let me know. Thanks
