现在的情况是：
1. 之前的 Capped H-1B expired in September,
2. 现在的 Exempted H-1B will expire in the end of this month,

3. 新雇主in industry下星期开始着手办 H-1B transfer，第一步是LCA.很可能 filing date will be one in next month! - There is sufficient time to file I-129 when your I-94 expires by the end of the month.  However, if it is late, be prepared for 谈出境＂激活＂签证
