H1B SO out of states!

去年年底，我老板因官司关掉公司仓皇逃走，没有给我发正式的公司解雇信。 我由于超级无知，没有及时转H4，一拖至今。

现在面临的选择是：
1，硬着头皮向移民局递交转换H4的申请。
2, 回国签H4。

请各位给判断一下以上哪一种选择更有可能侥幸过关？
在国内签证需要出示Paystub吗？像我这样的Case,你听说过有侥幸签过的吗？

有律师说交$1000可豁免逾期拘留，听说过吗？
还有律师说，如持续跟移民局申请，充分解释自己的无辜，最终可能获得同情得到Visa. 即便不能得到Visa，可能移民局会要求我出境签证，到时可以以孩子小没时间为由申请豁免境外签证。这种说法可信吗？

办加拿大移民是一条出路吗？

非法拘留180天和一年的惩罚一样都是10年不能入境吗？

我大学毕业后就来美国了，现老公的工作尚佳，我们刚买了房子，生了一双女儿，确忽遭此大劫。请大家献策！多谢！
