-No because your previous working experince is obtained from the I-140 sponsor.

I tried to send "Qiao Qiao hua", but how come it keeps bringing me to home page?

-You need to login your personal "Qiaoqiao hua" account (your ID account) in wenxuecity home page, then you can select "发送新悄悄话" to compose a new 悄悄话 to a person you want to send.
