question on H1B renewal after 6 years

我的H１B １２月六年满了，七月寄的renewal，至今未批，如果这个月还不批，下个月排期到了，有人说H１B就不可以延了(AC21)，７６５就算和４８５在１１月１日寄出，１２月前，EAD也不能批呀。那我怎么工作呢？

我以前知道是说如果排期当前，六年后的H１B还可以延一年，最近改了么？
