付申请人，想赶在十月份递交485。过去几年都是持TN,刚刚在美国境内转成H1B，十月一日生效，但country of the citizenship: 错写成 “China”。作为一名加拿大公民， 本不需去境外激活 但如果是中国公民是否就必需去境外激活？

-Does the H1 approval has I-94? If yes, not need to do anything and just work. If no, need to 境外激活.

换句话说，如果在交485之前不去激活就这样交上去，虽然是移民局的错，但审485的老爷们会否看到H1B上的"China"就找麻烦呢？
