项申请加拿大技术移民，可听说USH1B 身份的现在不能递交申请，是从去年八月停止的，各位大侠，请问这是真的吗？

-I don't think it is true. You are as a Chinese citizen to apply for the 加拿大技术移民 and it has nothing to do with your H1 status in US.
