我H1B 申請在OPT 結束前交出申請, 現在在process, 但十月一號快到了, H1B 還沒有approve. 律師跟我的僱主說, 如果H1B 十月一日前沒有下來, 我十月開始就不能工作了。

本來以為只要H1B 在process, 就算沒有在十月一日前approve 也可以工作的, 不是嗎?

如果我在它approve 之前不能工作, 能留在美國嗎?

-Yes. You can stay in US legally though you can not work until the H1 is approved.
