去年和ld协签入美，当时我是H4，ld是H1B.护照上给的是多次至11年11月份。

入境时I94给的有效期到13年1月。

今年本人也有了自己的H1B，I797上i94的有效期到12年的5月。

这种情况如果回国后返美还需要去签证吗？假如今年11月份之前回来呢？

假如12年1月份回来呢？

-You need a new visa because your H4 visa expires at that time.
