H1B transfer 可以给新雇主工作180天，是怎末回事？

难道即使将来H1B transfer被拒了，从file h1b transfer之后的180天

你给新雇主工作也是合法的？

-Correct.

 180天之后就不合法了？

-If your H1 transfer has pending for > 180 days, you have to stop working for the new employer until your H1 transfer is approved. Normally, the h1 transfer does not need that long for approval. If it does, you may use premium processing then.
