我老公7月底拿到的绿卡，我7月初递交了485，8月10号才做了指纹，其他什么都没有，连网上status都是not found，但我们准备十一回国度假。有人说有风险，最好有AP在身,但我现在有有效的h1b签证, 就担心回来入境那一刻485已批了，我还用h1b回，可能会麻烦，是这样吗？其实只要485没批，即使我有AP，也最好用H1B不用AP，是吧？
-It should be OK to enter US using AP or H1 visa even if your I-485 is approved during your travel. You just tell the CBP officer at the port of entry about your I-485 approval and he/she most likely will let you enter US and then, do defered inspections at the CBP local Deferred Inspections Office/Site. Or they may just give you a green card stamp on your passport if you provide the I-485 approval evidence.
