再问有劳您一个问题： 因为用premium process申请H1-B，这样就有希望9月拿到H1。如果ISO的人拖到9月（也就是我30天grace period内）才file H1 petition，我还能呆着转成H1-B身份吗？

-If your school can not file the H1 petition before Aug. 31, your H1 will still be approved, but it may have no I-94 and thus, you need to go outside US to get the H1 visa to come back to activate your H1 status. You of course can stay legally until the H1 is approved and then, if the H1 approval does not have I-94, you need to go outside to get the H1 visa to come back.
