非常感谢8老师的回复。我们学校的iso说先要file Prevailing Wage, 得到肯定回复后才进行下一步。

请问file H1 petition包括file Prevailing Wage吗？

-Yes. But they can get the prevail wage determination (PWD) online in one minute at this website:

Talk to your school HR, do not use paper-filing to get the PWD which may take several months. Some stupid people do not know to get the PWD online and waste a lot of time, and I worry about your HR may be one of them.

Then, file LCA application online which may take one week to 10 days to be approved, then file the H1 petition immediately after getting the LCA approval. So, ask your school to prepare the paperwork now, and you may file the H1 petition in time.
