如果夫妻一方F1转H1忘了把配偶F2转H4,材料已经交了，有办法补救吗？

-After you receive the H1 petition filing receipt, then your spouse can file I-539 applicatons for change of status from F2 to H4 (provide the copy of H1 filing receipt with the I-539 filing).
