H1B原本是2012年满六年期。最近公司律师给换新的H1B（因为公司名字换了）。新的H1B批下来了，发现有效期到2014年。可是到2012年H1B就满六年期了。怎么办？
-You do not need to do anything, but unless you have an approved I-140, your H1 status will end on the date your H1 reaches the 6 year limit even if the H1 I-94 does not expire. If you do not begin your green card applicaiton yet, you had better file green card application as soon as possible so that you can extend your H1 beyond the 6 year limit.
