拿到了公司的offer,准备办H1Bvisa。请教一下h1b 申请流程是怎么个样？加快的话多长时间能下来？

-The company needs to do:

1. get the prevail wage determination online (take one minute);

2. file LCA application online or by paper (mail) (take 10 days to two weeks);

3. file I-129 to USCIS (15 days using 加快, otherwise may take two to three months).
