我6年H1B今年10月到期，但我在今年3月中离开了公司，4月底离开美国。我现在是TD签证。请问我是不是可以在明年4，5月开始找工作，找到工作后申请一个新的H1B？

-You have stay outside US physically for at least one year, then you can get another 6 year H1 term. Otherwise, you only can have 7 months H1 left from your old H1 duration. You may try TN if you are a Canadian citizen.
