Current I have one H1B (over 6 years) work in one large company. Recently, previous company call me, 询问是否可以给他们做Consultant 或 Contractor 在业余时间.

我的问题是：

1. 我要申请 another H1B ? 好像 my current H1B only work for current company. - Or, EAD

2. 新的H1B 是否占用今年的 H1B-Cap？ 象我这样原先H1B 已经超6年 （使用485 pending extension),移民局可以批有另一个H1B给我？- 否, 可以
