1， 如果雇主通知移民局取消H1B， 那以后新工作是否要重新的H1B，还是转现在的H1B， 雇主的通知由什么后果?

- 如果雇主通知移民局取消H1B,以后新工作 you can either apply 新的H1B，or "转"现在的H1B quota. but you will be out of status immediately.

2，如果不转成其他身份，180天内交H1B transfer, 有无可能被否?回国签证风险有多大?

- H1B is "the property" of employer, your OOS may not affect the employer's right to get the H-1B approved, however, your extension of status will be rejected shown as "no I-94 on I-797B approval notice".

3， 转F-1身份还是B身份容易，风险小?

- Less risk if you change your status to F-1.
