Pijiang，xiaobaitu，8老师：can PhD get a secretary type job with H1B

I am trying to find out if a hiring institution can offer a PhD student a secretary type job. If they agree to do sponsorship, how likely is it to work out?

    Somebody told me even a restaurant can hire a graduate student to work and sponsor.
