我OPT6月底到期，现在申请HIB，不知什么时候批下来呢。但是如果到了6月底还批不下来的话，怎么办？那还可以工作吗？请各位老师帮忙，谢谢啦！

If your H1 is cap-subjected (you work in an industry company), you need to go to your school international student office to get a new I-20 to extend your OPT to September 30 using Cap-Gap rule so that you can work until September 30 using OPT and work with H1 on Oct. 1. Provide the H1 filing receipt to the school for the OPT extension. By the way, this OPT extension does not need USCIS approval and just get the new I20 and put the information into SEVIS.
