Not sure if they sponsor or not. My child needs to travel during summer. I am not sure if it is ok for him to travel while the hiring institution files H1B application. We will take him to the embassy after I get my H1B and he gets H4.
-After you get the H1 approval, you just go for the h1 visa and your child can apply for the H4 visa together with you.
Will it in any case jepoadize his ability to return?
