如果大学的H1B申请在我的J-1过期之前已经递上或批准， 而且

我的第一个十月一号生效的H1B还有效，

有什么办法可以让我在美国境内延长我的合法居留，

-When the college files the H1 petition for you before your J1 expires, you can legally stay in US, but you can not work for this college until the H1 is approved.

并在十月一日开始这个H1B的工作？（注意， 这个十月一号生效的H1B没有I94）。 具体怎样操作？

-If you want to work the industry company on Oct.1 or any time after Oct. 1, you have to go outside US to get the H1 visa to come back using this non-I-94 H1 approval notice. No choice.
