H1B的一个问题，请各位帮忙看一下

请问我现在已经file上去一个H1-B, 但还没下来，如果这时候我再找一个工作，提出新的申请去顶我上一个，可不可以？因为我知道H1已经没有名额了，不知道这样做行不行？谢谢了
