Only a lawsuit can let USCIS believe that I was not involved? Right now USCIS insist that I had taken unauthorized employment since August 10, 2010.

Can any folk recommend an experience lawyer? I will claim about 600k short term and long term losses against University plus any monetary loss if my house is foreclousured due to this messing up.

(She actually found her mistake in January. However kept quiet until March 11th when she had been rejected by USCIS and needed to file I-129).
