公司生意不好，年初到现在都没有把工资发下来，最近得到一个offer，要做H1B Transfer，催老板给钱，老板说他给一个书面的合同，说欠我的工钱以后一定发下来。
这样的情况下，拿着老板的书面合同，能不能办H1B Transfer？
-"欠我的工钱书面的合同" may result in big trouble to your boss/employer (e.g. be fined for big money, etc.). You may just ask your current employer to give you a employement verification letter indicting that you are still working for him (I am not sure it will work not, but it is better than none). In the worst, your h1 transfer will still be approved, but have no I-94. If so, just go outside US to get the H1 visa to come back.
另外，离开公司多长时间之内H1B 不失效呢？
-As long as you leave the compay, you lose your h1 status, but you still can lvie in US legally until the I-94 expires.
