H1B从A公司转到B公司后，B公司要我再晚三个月来上班。我便按兵不动，接着在A公司继续干。Did I make any mistake here?!!!
-It is fine for you. But if USCIS inspects Company B for your employement on-site during these 3 months, your status in B will be invalid (your status is still OK with A, nothing worried) and B may be fined by USCIS. Of course, the inspection probability is very very small, so I don't think you need to worry about that.
