请问能撤销已经FILE上去的H1B Tansfer吗?

我现在的公司一直不能按RIR办LC。最近找到一个新公司，昨天刚刚签了字，交了办H1B Transfer的材料。怎么这么巧，今天公司就说可以办RIR了但什么时候开始还不知道。我想我还是倾向留在现在公司但还得等具体文件下达后再定。请问有谁知道已经递上去的H1B Transfer能撤销吗? 假如接到Receipt以后呢?
