回复：H1B transfer 是否新公司申请递上，收到receipt就可以告知现在公司？

现在新公司申请已经递出，是否收到 receipt就一定代表可以approve 还是说要等到收到approve通知才可以告诉现在的公司？我的情况比较特殊，因为在h1b第六年，现在的公司延期申请批准，h1b延至明年。有点担心新公司的transfer申请，所以想问一下。
