我EB-1 140已经批准了, 485, 131和765刚递交.

H1B 到5月下旬就满整6年, 但是797和I-94上面是今年年底到期.

我需要现在做H1B 延期吗?

-Technically, your H1 will expire it reaches the 6 year limit and you can not extend it beyond the the 6 year limit because your I-140 filing is less than one year before the 6 year h1 ends and your PD is current, and thus you have to use4 EAD to work afer the end of this May even if your H1 I-94 is still valid at that time. But practically, you should have no problem to continual working for your current employer until you get the EAD because such a short term illegal work ( < 180 days) will not affect your I-485.So, I do not think you need to worry about it and just work.
