h1b 三个月后到期, 我可以自己FILE 延期吗?

-No. This is your employer's business. You need to have PERM filing for at least one year or the approval I-140 to be qualified for the h1 extension beyond the 6 year limit.

公司会出相关的文件. 请问我需要准备哪些文件?

-Same requirment and procedure as the H1 you did before.
