回复：再请教H1B延期后生效前能否换工作

公司正在办H1B延期，已经催我要材料了。现在可能有个机会到新公司。

-If you will work for the new company, you just do the H1 transfer now and then, you can work for the new company after the h1 transfer is filed. Thus, you do not need to do the H1 extension in the old company. You do not want to waste the old company money and energy to do the h1 extension if you do not continue to work for him and this is a common sense.
