Is it possible one get H1B on Associate degree in Nursing? If not, any way to get employment authorization when he/she gets a nursing job offer?
-No. Like other type of H1, Nursing H1 position also requires at least 4-years of bachelor's degree. But if you have several years of working expirence, you may be qualified for the nursing H1 (three years of specialized training and/or work experience is equal to one year of college-level training).
