Thank you so much, 863211. Now I am more worry than before. How can I know if my I-140 is withdrawed or not by my previous employer? I don't want to ask them because it seems to remind them if they didnt'. Thanks again!

-Most employer normlly does not withdraw the I-140 because remaining the approved I-140 does not hurt them anything. So, unless you made your previous employer unhappy when you left, you can assume the I-140 has not been withdrawn yet and do your H1 extension/transfer for another 3 years. You still have several months to reach your 6 year h1 limit, anyway.
