如何知道我的H1B 是CAP还是NON-CAP?

我想换工作,面试的公司问我的H1B 是那种类型,我如何知道是那种? 不去问公司的律师?

现在还不想让公司知道要离开.

CAP 和 NONCAP 都可以transfer H1 B 吗?
