我H1B 6年，于今年5月将到期. 现在情况是PERM LABOR ＣＥＲＴＩＦＩＣＡＴＩＯＮ 于去年５月上递（一年前）， 在去年７月批准． Ｉ－１４０于去年９月初上递， 还在等待批准． 公司现在就要递Ｈ１Ｂ ＥＸＴＥＮＳＩＯＮ．这样是不是只能给一年Ｈ１Ｂ 延期， 即便是我的Ｉ－１４０于今年５月在Ｈ１Ｂ到期前已经批准？

-You have to get the I-140 approved first and then, file the h1 extension for 3 years (need to provide the copy of the I-140 approval notice with the H1 petition filing at the same time). Otherwise only can extend your h1 for one year.
