Hi,我现在持有非H1B（E3）的工作签证，有效期到2012/11。我所在公司决定给我办绿卡，律师提到，在AOS step前，我必须持有Active H1B。所以他们现在给我办H1B。他们办的是需要我到海外美国大使馆激活H1B。
