用premium processing是为了保证用前公司I-140办的延期有效，对吗？

-Correct. If you do not use premium processing, your h1 may be pending for several months and thus, if the I-140 sponsor (old employer) withdraws the I-140 during your h1 transfer is pending, your H1 transfer will be denied.

网上可以查I-140是否保留，对吗？
