正在等485排期，公司可以续H1B。
如果续用H1B，却在485批下来之前离开公司，那么USCIS收到公司的H1B更新，一定会在
批485时发RFE。如果H1B过期后不再续，而用EAD。那么公司工作再有变化也不再需要更
新H1B状态（早已过期），是不是批485时得RFE（工作证明）的几率会小些？
-Irrelevant. Even if you get the RFE for your employment status, so what? You have a job and just ask the employer to provide the employment verification letter and that is all for the RFE (if any).
