-The company is supposed to pay the lawyer fee and the h1 filing fee based on the law. But if you have pay these fee from your own packet, you may just use EAD to work. Up to you. Extension of the h1 is a better choice.
如果485被拒，我是不是还可以重新申请H1B，只要原公司或者有其他公司sponsor我？
-Yes but you need to go outside US to get the h1 visa to come back because most likely the h1 approval will have no I-94 in this case and that is not a problem, anyway (h1 visa is not difficult to get).
