OPT extension 到期后可以在美国呆60天吗？

-Yes. That is called grace period. You have 60 days to legally stay in the US, but the 60 days is for packing and leaving.

还是立即要回国？

如果可以呆60天，能不能在这个期间递H1B申请？

-Yes, but the H1 approval may have no I-94. If so, you have to go back to China or Canada to get the h1 visa to come back to activate the h1 status.

如能递申H1b请，可以在美国等签证吗？还是要回国或到第三国签证？谢谢.
