请问新公司需要I140什么文件？人事部只发email告诉我I140批了，但没有给我任何文件。

等现公司帮我延了三年再换工作是不是能少点麻烦？延期后再换工作，是不是就不用担心公司withdraw the approved I-140？

新公司还用重新给我办PERM和I140吗？
